About this wallpaper
A hurdy-gurdy resting on a tavern bench at night, its crank handle and drone strings in lamplight, carved rose soundhole, woodsmoke curling past.
Built on deep black, dark maroon, the image keeps its music mood through tonal depth rather than pure darkness. Light is used sparingly, which is what gives the composition its weight.
Designed as a phone background, it balances legibility and atmosphere: icons stay readable against the darker regions while the composition holds up at full brightness. Free download in full resolution.
